Introduction

I am a swine nutritionist, farmer, writer, and podcaster with a lifetime rooted in agriculture. My first job on a pig farm came in 1987, and since then I’ve spent almost three decades working across nutrition consulting, product development, team leadership, and on-farm application. Along the way I’ve partnered with farms, feed companies, and industry groups to make better nutrition decisions, strengthen teams, and connect big ideas with practical results. Whether I’m consulting or speaking, my goal is the same: to bring clarity, perspective, and a real-world voice to agriculture and leadership.
